Chocolate, The Exhibition has wonderful educational content and would make an exciting field trip for any class. Rates of $5 per student are available for groups of 15 or more students.
Students will delight in learning the science, history and culture behind this favorite American food at this bi-lingual exhibit.

- explore the ecological connections between people, plants, insects, etc.
- investigate cultural interactions and conservation concerns in growing,
processing, exchanging and consuming cacao and other foods
- recognize the changing economical and cultural roles of cacao and chocolate in
local and global economies.
